Embed fonts problem

Hi, I using Word 2000 SP3 localized Czech and I want embed TrueType fonts in document. I use "Tools>Options>Save>Embed Truetype Fonts". It works OK, but document is large. If I use "Tools>Options>Save>Embed Truetype Fonts and Embed characters in use only" - fonts are not good displayed on PC without installed special fonts
