Embed JPG into CDO Exchange 2000 HTML e-mail message

I am currently creating an e-mail utilizing the CDO
exchange 2000 library. I would like to have a small jpg
embedded into the e-mail so the recepient doesn't have to
be online to see this.

What do I have to do to get this to work?
