How do I embed a link in an inserted image in Entourage?

This is not possible with Entourage but you can compose a message in
Microsoft Word for Mac and select File --> Send To --> Mail Recipient
(as HTML)...

You will not be able to edit your message once it is open in Entourage.
You will only be able to address it and send.
