When I click on an embedded link in an e-mail message in
Outlook 2003 I receive the following message. "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this
computer. Please contact your system adminstrator."
Since I am the only user of this computer I am the
adminstrator. The operating system is Windows XP home
edition. I need to know how to get rid of this message
and allow the link to work correctly.
