I am totally new to Excel (2003) and have no clue how to use it!! What I need
is a monthly 7-day schedule that starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.

Each day should be divided into 3, 8-hr shifts that begin at midnight. The
shifts should be labled: "Mnt 12 a.m. - 8 a.m.; Day 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Split 4
p.m. - 12 a.m." There should also be an area to add a name next to each
shift.

I need this for the entire year.

Please Help!
