Hello,
When the XML data bound to a rich text box, contains empty elements,
that could have content, in the shorthand syntax like <b/> <span
style="..."/>, Infopath gets in trouble. It applies the style that the
elements specifies to the following content, for example in the xml
"<b/>normal text"
"normal text" is rendered bold, and the whole rendering is getting
troubled from that point on. There seems to be a justification for
Internet Explorer when it treets this code as HTML and not XHTML, but
it is extremly odd for an XML editor like Infopath.
Will this issue be adressed in a future version of Infopath?
