empty messages

pleaaaaase help. am receiving empty mails. i receive plain mails (not html) normally but the rest blank. i am desperate :) source message is big text and here i can read my mails. check read comlex html in security but still nothing please tell what to do

Can you "Forward as Attachment" an example.

I have the same issue. I installed Office 2008 2 days ago. The emails I'm receiving in Entourage are empty. However, I have rcvd emails from Sam's club and a friend with a Gmail account that the messages were not empty. I have looked at all my settings and can't seem to find anything wrong. Please let me know what might be wrong.

P.S. Everything worked great on the 2004 version of Entourage

System:
Imac
Processor PowerPC G5

In Entourage -> Preferences, under General Preferences > Security, make sure
the option to "Display complex HTML in messages" is checked.

Settings not the problem.....Let's eliminate your Identity as part of the
problem.

Drag examples of the messages to the desktop for testing.

Under Entourage in the Menu bar select Switch Identity. Create a New
Identity and call it test. No need to enter account info.

Now drag in the test messages. If it works, then it's your database.
(rebuild) If not, then do the same test, but this time create a new User in
System Preferences and test Entourage there in a clean environment.

Let me know what you find. You can also use "Forward as Attachment" to send
me some examples for testing.
