Empty the "Deleted Items" folder when quitting?

This is on Entourage X (SR 1).

The question for emptying these items has disappeared and I can't find a way
to turn it back on. There's nothing in the mail account settings and no
rules.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's a schedule - 'empty deleted items', and you can set the recurrence to
'on quit'

Is there anyway to get the question back (Do you want to empty your
items?)
Is it a script perhaps?

In the Preferences, under "Notification", there's a "Reset Confirmation
Dialogs" button; after hittting that button, you should be able to see the
warning message when you try to empty your Deleted Items folder.
