Emulating mouse-over event

Hi there,

I've constructed a ppt in office 2003 but have to present on an NT
machine using 97.

Have imported the file, and tested the presentation, and found a
problem re mouse-over event. (It's a web-page demo, presented offline.)

Problem is when I mouse-over the (fake)'link', my mouse 'hand' pointer
disappears.

Elsewhere in the document, over hyperlinks, the 'hand' is present.

This didn't happen in 2003 and I'm stumped! Help!

Is it possible the object with the hyperlink to the demo is part of a group?
PPT97 won't recognize a link within grouped objects.

Right click on the object and select Group, Ungroup.
