Enable option to print on lower left hand corner of envelope

Windows should offer an the option to print on the lower left hand corner of
envelopes, (size 10), as several comments are posted on this corner.

ex: Personal & Confidential
Attn: John Doe

I've search all over the internet and no one seems to have an answer.
Microsoft should make this option available.
