Enable TLS for SMTP on ports other than 25 or 465

Does anyone know how to enable TLS for SMTP on ports other than 25 or 465.
I'm trying to use Outlook again instead of Mozilla's Thunderbird and am
_very_ disappointed to find this doesn't work. Our company's mail server
requires TLS on a different port and as such I can't send any mail from
Outlook. This makes it, to say the very least, not so useful.
