I am operating Entourage 2004 in an MS Exchange 2003 environment. When I
send out an attachment it is encoded with one of the options -- I am using
AppleDouble
The attachment is delivered as HTML and not in the native -- MS Word or MS
Excel format. For most of the recipients it is not a problem as MS Windows
asks to match against a program. For some, they are unable to complete the
match. I need to get a fix working
Questions:
1,. Can I turn off the encoding as I am connected directly into the
exchange server through VPN?
2. Can I have my IT team make an adjustment to correct -- or sidestep the
problem?
