Encrypting Mail in OL2K

My boss wants to send "Private" mail to set individuals
and wants to know how to "Encrypt" this email (He looked
in the OL Help file.) I have looked at this alittle bit
but when I go to the MS site referenced for a Digital ID I
get a 404 error. Does anyone have info on Outlook
encryption? Thanks in Advance!
