Encrypting messages with the rules wizard

Hi all,

I'm looking for a simple solution to encrypt a (received) message on
an outlook client and then forward it to another outlook account,
where it is automatically decrypted and forwarded (unencrypted) to an
unix mail account.
(if neccessary we can use certificates)

Is this possible on a outlook client using the rules wizard?
