One of our users has a problem where he always gets prompted to enter his
encryption password when he has an encrypted email in his inbox, even if he
does not select that message to read. The mail can be at the bottom of the
inbox and out of the way but he still gets prompted to entre his password.
I have chacked his CyrptoEx settings in outlook and connot see anything
untoward.
Can anyone advise? thanks
