Encryption...Password issues...help

I have a personal document that I encrypted with Rc4, Microsoft DH Schannel
Cryptographic provider with 40 characters. (I have excel 2003...XP operating
system)

I can't open it. The error referrs to capital letters...I know I'm inputing
the password correctly.

Can anyone help me?
