Encryption with GnuPG

I'm tring to setup GnuPG in Outlook 2002. I have a Plugin
installed but am unable to locate in Outlook where to tell
outlook to use GnuPG. The plugin install directions read
as follows...

Install the Plug-In
Run Outlook
Select Tools,Options,Encryption, Advanced....
use...to select C:\gnupg\gpg.exe

I'm not able to find that path (Tools,Options,Encryption
etc.) I see Security but no place to use the command line
entry.

Anyone had any dealings with this?
