end-user client agreement

Each time I open any of MS Office 2003 programs same comfirmation window
shows up "Microsoft Office endd-user licence agreement" or similar ( I am not
in office now). I have to click on "Accept" button to be able to continue to
work.

Can I somehow get rid of this screen?

Log in to Windows as administrator, start an Office 2003 program, accept the
End User License Agreement, close the Office 2003 program, log out of
Windows, and log back in to Windows with your normal user name.
