End User Licence Agreement window keeps coming up?

I have just set up a new PC with MS Office 2003, I have activated the s/w
properly but everytime I open any office application the End User Licence
Agreement window pops up asking me to either accept, decline or print, I
accept and can use the application however when I close and reopen, the
window pops up again. Would really appreciate if anyone has any tips on how
to get rid of this as it is very annoying. Thanks
