I'm a new comer to Internet. I plan to design a website. I saw a picture
'IT-WAD.jpg (of www.avtec.alaska.edu/IT-WAD.htm)' using yahoo picture search
that I love to include on my new website. I sent an email to
www.avtec.alaska.edu but was told that the original picture came from
Microsoft office online clip art. What do I do to include this picture on my
website without being penalized?

You can use any image on the Microsoft Office site as long as you have a legitimate
license.

The caveats:
Don't use the image as part of your logo.
Don't sell the image as part of a collection.
The image cannot be the primary value of your project.
Read the EULA, pay close attention to section 1.2
