English interface in Chinese XP and Office

[English interface for Chinese Offie 2003]

I'm using Chinese base Windows XP and Office 2003 but would like to see
everything in English (just like the English version). I realize there's a
language pack but not sure if this would only change the English interface to
Chinese and not the other way around ?? Pls advise.
