Ent '04, Tiger, Treo 650, mismatched contact info

I've been syncing Entourage to my Treo 650 and I love it. Except I
notice that very often the contact info has been mismatched. Meaning
their email address will be labeled "Mobile" or their home number will
be labeled "Email" or "Mobile". This is a real mess. Any ideas?
