entering criteria for a parameter querey

I have a form that allows users to enter criteria in a querey. The
expression I use is:

Between [forms]![f overstock]![BeginningStock] And [forms]![f
overstock]![Endingstock]

I would like the querey to return all records if the user doesn't enter any
criteria.

Between NZ([forms]![f overstock]![BeginningStock], #01/01/1900#)
And NZ([forms]![foverstock]![Endingstock], #1/1/3000#)

is a possible solution (kind of supplying a default value) in many cases.
