Enterouge lost the connection to Exchange Server sometime

an strange problem recently i meet that enterouge was lost connection to
exchange server sometime, but the connection will be restored after restart
the Enterouge.I don't think the network connection was dropped indeed
because the MSN and Skype is online all time, just the Enterouge said CAN NOT
CONNECT TO SERVER. Do you know what cause this problem and how t fix it.
Maybe just change some settings in enterouge can fix this pronlem i don't
know. Can you help.

What version of ENtourage are you using?? Are you sure the application
is up to date ??

I have a report from a user from last night that he's getting a -3253 error.

I'm waiting to hear if this week's Mac OSX security patch was applied to
this machine. Otherwise it's up to date with OS and MS.

-3253 means that the server rejects the connection. Any change on the
server lately?? Are you using https?? If it is the case, is the
certificate properly accepted in the Mac?? Can you connect through OWA
(webmail) on the same machine??
