Entorage Cannot Access Data

I just recieved the message "Entourage Cannot Access Data. To attempt
to fix the problem rebuild your database" I tried rebuilding it but
that failed. Any suggestions... HELP!!!

Did you try the typical rebuild first, followed by the next one down in the
list?

Hopefully you won't need it, but it might be a good time to remind us all
that backups are essential.

I have had this same problem, tried the typical and the advanced rebuild but
still nothing. Very frustrating!

Not as yet. Am in the process of trying to find a decent email program to
use in its place. I don't recall any instruction about backing up the data
base, but it would seem that this is necessary.

Backup is necessary for all data on a computer.

Does the program seperate the email address data base from the message
data base? I can not find where Entourage puts the data. I will let you
know if I have any success...
