Entorage X calender will not work in 24 hour format

Dear Sirs

I have recently changed from Mac OS 9.2.2 to OS X 10.3 With that I
upgraded to Microsoft Office X I bought a couple of years ago (yes it
has taken me that long to finally move to OS X). On setting up the
Entorage calender preferences, I noticed that it did not give me the
option to change the time format from 12 hour (am, pm) to 24 hour.
Does anyone have the answer for this problem? Thank you.

Launch System Preferences from the Apple menu, and then open International
Preferences. Click the "Formats" tab, and click the "Customize" button.
There you should see the option to select a 12 or 24 hour clock. Then,
click OK, quit System Preferences, and re-launch Entourage to see the
changes take effect.
