I recently had a problem with Entourage, where the program would crash
immediately after launching. I removed the program and all of the
prefernce files and reinstalled on two different systems. This did not
help. I read the support files on Microsoft's website, and they
indicated that the problems were related to fonts. The Office suite
installs several fonts when being installed but this was not the
problem. I removed all of the fonts installed by the MacOS installer,
and then reinstalled them from the Mac OSX installer disk and this
fixed the problem. This problem may have originated with the Update of
Office or OSX.
