Entourage 04 cannot connect to att.net, but Entourage v.X can...

Did the 'upgrade' the other day to Office 2004. Besides all of the fonts on
my system suddenly looking bad, Entourage 2004 is now broken for my secure
POP connection to att.net.

Since it left the Office v.X install in place, I can run the older version
of Entourage and successfully connect to to att.net.

Anyone else having the problem and is there a workaround?

Update to SP1, which was released just last week.
