Entourage '04 Send problem

Hi- I just installed Office 2004 on a new computer. I've noticed that
clicking the Send & Receive button does nothing. The only way that I can
send a message immediately is to go to the dropdown menu (associated with
Send & Receive) and select the third item on the list Send POP name (and it
goes out fine); the Send Now & Send Later options on that menu are
disabled...

I would like the mail to be sent when I click on the Send & Receive button
without having to go to the dropdown menu -- any ideas??

The Send & Receive button triggers the Send & Receive All schedule.
Choose Tools > Schedules and edit that schedule to do what you want
(e.g. Send All). m.
