Entourage 10.6.1

Hiya

My entourage v.X has worked perfectly until yesterday when I downloaded the
'Microsoft Office v.X for Mac Security Update (10.1.6).'

Now it won't let me send or receive to any of my hotmail accounts. Error
message -23016.

Any ideas?
