Entourage 11.2.1 Data Loss? Anyone else have this?

We upgraded five of our users (a pilot group before we deploy to our
entire environment) to 11.2.0 when it first came out. We were lucky
not to have data loss that others reported. Immediately upon hearing
about the potential we upgraded these five users (now a group of 12) to
11.2.1. This was Monday night. One of our testers, a very savvy Mac
user, reported that everything was fine from 8 am until around 2
yesterday. It was around that time that one of her mail folders
(located on the exchange server) just simply lost all of its stored
messages. There were subfolders in this folder and those are there but
again, all the email is gone.

We immediately looked in OWA and Outlook to see if they were visible.
They were not. We went to the "Recover deleted mail" in Outlook
(Windows version) and none of the messages were listed there either.
Although mail from weeks ago as well as just recently deleted mail was
there.

It is as if these messages just never existed. I am working with our
Exchange team to hopefully be able to restore from a backup.

Now, it is my understanding that the 11.2.1 update was supposed to
prevent this issue. I realize that this might be unrelated but the
timing is very suspicious.

Has anyone else seen this with the 11.2.1 update?

Yes, I lost some messages recently - although it happened after I archived
some messages by dragging their folders to the desktop then deleting them
from Entourage. I also did a regular rebuild. That's when the first 10-20
folders came up empty (including the Inbox, @#$&%*).

Recovering from the Old Database didn't help. It's as if a blinder had
dropped down, preventing E from seeing some of the folders regardless of
source.
