Entourage 11.2.5

We have recently moved to an exchange enviroment and when we setup the
exchange account in entourage 11.2.5 it doeds not automatically pull
the information from the old email, calendar and address book over to
exchange as in previous versions. I have to do this manually. I need
to know of a way to either set up a sync for the calendar to exchange
or a way to import the calendar in to the exchange server. Thanks in
advance for your help.

Entourage will only synchronize information from the Exchange server
down and then keep that synchronized. You won't be able to create an
account in Entourage and then connect that local account to Exchange.

If I'm misunderstanding your problem, please let me know.
