If you have an Exchange account as your default, the addresses and calendar
entries can be found there, otherwise they will be on your local address
book and calendar. If not, please let us know.

Rebecca, this is not true. I have a POP address as my default, but ALL
invitations received are placed in the Exchange calendar.

How do I fix this to work correctly, placing invitations into the local
calendar???

Thank you in advance.

Hi Scott,

The events you are receiving will be added to the calendar for which account
they are received. If you are receiving the invite over exchange it should
be added to the exchange calendar. If you are receiving over POP they should
be added to the local calendar.

Thanks,
Rebecca

I posted the same issue in another thread on this board. All my
calendar events are placed in my "local" calendar regardless of whether
I have my Exchange account or my POP account as the default.

I want my Exchange calendar to receive all events, just like it did
prior to installing SP2. Is there a way to delete the "on my computer"
calendar or to designate the Exchange calender as the default?

Any idea how soon we can expect a ³combined calendar² view that will show
all events on a single calendar from the local and Exchange calendars. This
would solve several problems that many people in our office are experiencing
since upgrading to SP2.

I will be releasing a scrip soon that can do it. In the meantime, open one
of the calendars in a new window (double-click it) and drag the events in
question from one calendar or All Events" calendar view to the other.

I just upgraded to 11.2 and now all my addresses are gone. Please help.
I can¹t operate my business without these phone numbers.

Calendar, Email, To Do¹s and Notes are okay.

Thank you,
