IS there any way to transfer the contacts, settings, & folders out of
Entourage 2001 to Outlook 2000 for win?

You can export contacts from Entourage and convert them to a format that
Outlook 2000 can understand using Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage"
script set.

You can transfer mail from Entourage to Outlook using an IMAP account.

Settings cannot be transferred between the two. However, you can take
screenshots (Command-Shift-3) of each account window in Tools -> Accounts,
print them, and work from that information when setting up the accounts in
Outlook.
