Entourage 2004 11.2.1 crashes when printing calendar details.

While using Entourage 2004 11.2.1 under Mac OS X 10.4 it crashes when I
attempted to print calendar details. If the print preview is on it
immediately crashes. If I disable the print preview it crashes once I
hit print.

Any ideas?
