Entourage 2004 11.4.0 - Auto complete names in email question

In my Entourage address book I have 10 people named Bill (and their
last name).

When I start a new message and type in 'Bill' entourage autocompletes
with 8 of the names, but not the other two. Why?

I tried creating a new person and called them "Bill Johnson" but when
I start a new message and type: bill
I don't get Bill Johnson in my autocomplete list.

I had 'rebuilt' my entourage database thinking that would do the
trick...but it didn't. I exported my addresses to another computer
running entourage, but that didn't help either.

Part of the problem seems to be in Entourage v.X the autocomplete
would show 11 names. In Entourage 2004 it shows 8.

If I type Bill <space> J then I see the Bill Johnson I had added
to my address book.

Your copy of Office is out of date --> 11.5.1.

You can assign a Nickname in the contact. It does not show up in the
message. You could use billj, old bill, young bill, crazy bill, bill from
Ohio etc. :)

When you start addressing a message just start typing in their nickname and
the unique name will bring up the correct contact.

I just checked and Entourage 2008 has a limit of 8 too. Believe it or not,
this has never come up before. I consider this a bug and will report, but I
urge you to send feedback.
