Entourage 2004 and Exchange 2003 on SBS2003 Losing mail folders

I am using Entourage 2004 via webdav to talk to an Exchange 2003
server running on SBS2003.
I have repeatedly lost complete folders from the Exchange Server.

If I create a folder that is at the same level as the Inbox or Deleted
Items folders. ie. the root of my mail. These folders can disappear at
random times. The entire folders and their contents vanish.

The closest I have been able to get to a cause is if I follow the
scenario outlined below:

1. Load entourage 2004 and access the remote exchnage server via
webdav from one location.
2. Suspend my powerbook G4 without closing Entourage
3. Open powerbook and resume at a different location (from where the
exchange server is accessible via the internet)
4. On random occassions any "non-standard" folders in my exchange
account get deleted.

If I go to OWA and look at my exchange account the folders are not
there.

This appears to be a GAPING error in Entourage or Exchange 2003. I
have lost mail on 2 occassions because of this bug. I now just create
folders and place an odd email or two in the folders just to see how
long they will survive.
