Entourage 2004 and Exchange 2003

Good Morning. My name is Bob Anderson and I work for Kent Sporting Goods in
New London Ohio.

I have an Exchange 2003 Server that I am setting up. We have not turned it
on to the Outside World as yet. I have 4 users that are on MACs and using
Entourage 2004. I have a certificate from the server installed on their
machines. I am following the instructions in the Microsoft Office 2004 for
MAC resource Kit. However it Entourage still says Not Connected. Is there
any ideas that you can think of to resolve this.

There are several possibilities.... Is the server they conect to the
same as the regular OWA server ?? Any warning in their web browser when
they connect to OWA from the same machine ??
Did you just copy and paste the OWA http address in ENtourage or did you
enter slightly different settings ???
