Entourage 2004 and Exchange Calendars Lookup

In running the Entourage 2004 test drive connected to an Exchange
server, I can't see another user's calendar when I go to schedule an
event. Their schedule and mine are blank (grey) which indicates "no
information."

Is there a setting that I'm overlooking? I get meeting requests from
others (and can make them) but without the transparency of knowing
when and if we're both free.

Go to Tools > Accounts, and open the Exchange account. Click the "Advanced"
tab, and then add /public to the end of Public Folders server entry, so it
looks like this:
your.server.com/public

If that doesn't work, try adding another slash at the very end.
your.server.com/public/
