Entourage 2004 and IMAP sending problems

Hey all,

I just installed Entourage 2004 and it seems it has trouble sending mail
through my IMAP (FastMail.fm) account. At first I thought it may be
something odd with using SSL so I turned it off and tried to send. No go.

I can read email from my IMAP account fine - even with SSL on. I can send
email through Entourage just fine using a different POP account. Most
telling is that I can send email just fine through my IMAP account using
Apple Mail so it's not a problem with FastMail.

I have no firewalls on.

Anybody else seeing this? Anybody have a fix?
