Entourage 2004 and Scrapbook/Toolbox?

Is there an (easy) way to access the Scrapbook/Toolbox from Entourage? The
other Office 2004 apps have icons in their toolbars, but Entourage¹s toolbar
doesn¹t appear customizable.

The Scrapbook is in the Tools menu, as is the Dictionary. Entourage does not
otherwise support the toolbox.
