Entourage 2004 asking to re-enter the password!

At random times throughout the day, Entourage 2004 keeps asking me to
re-enter my password for my Exchange account, sometimes doing it three or
four times in a row.
I get this error message:

Mail could not be received at this time.
The server for account "Exchange Server" returned the error "Logon
failure: unknown user name or bad password." Your username/password or
security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your
password?

Try deleting the entry for that account in the system keychain, then enter
your details into entourage to re-create it.
