Certain messages cannot be opened. Instead Entourage 2004 crashes and
restarts. (Mac OS Version 10.3.8)
Ironically, most of the messages are newsletters from the AIA (American
Institute of Architects), which include multiple quicklinks.
I have turned off Preview Pane, so that I have some control over the
crashes. I have checked the Database, which is okay.
I just tried forwarding a couple of the messages to this hotmail
address from a cox.net address, and got a message like, "...must be
sent in Unicode..." However, I could read the messages (without
visibility of the graphic links) before and after forwarding.
Any new ideas?
