Entourage 2004 :: Custom Views not working Correctly

I have the following custom view setup:

Location
This Folder = Lists (parent folder for mailing list emails)
Include subfolders checked

Criteria
If all criteria are met
Status is Unread

The problem is it shows messages that have been read. Switching to another
view/folder and back has no effect. Only if I right-click, "Edit Custom
View" and immediately cancel then the read messages disappear. Is this a
known bug or am I doing something wrong?

A view with the "Unread" criterion is difficult to design because you don't
want messages disappearing as soon as you open them, especially if you're
using the Preview Pane.

Pressing Command-L should refresh the results

So it does. I'll get in the habit of using it.

I don't expect them to disappear immediately, but I think they should if you
switch to a different view/folder and come back.
