Hello,
I retired a users machine this week without moving over the database from
the old machine to the new one.
I started up the users old computer today to check out Entourage and make
sure their emails were there and at startup of the app I got prompted to
create a new account although there should be the existing account still
there. I quit that immediately but now none of the folders my user created
under "Folders on My Computer" are there now.
I moved the users old Main Identity over to the new computer and removed
their existing Main Identity to see if it would come up that way. Tried
"Switching Identities". Still no go. I went and rebuilt the database
(Database Utility) and it did it's job rebuilding it but still there is none
of the old files. Is there something else I can do? I'd rather not see my
user cry.
