I am using Entourage 2004 on a new computer and I'm having a wierd
problem with the Database Utility.
You know how you run the Database Utility and if you choose the third
option (Rebuild Database), it backs up your data, verifys, and
rebuilds? I use this ~monthly to make sure that my data is backed up
and that I've introduced no corruption to my Entourage data.
Normally the backup looks like this: ~Documents/Microsoft User
Data/Office 2004 Identities/Aaron Booker [Backed up 9-15-2005 10. 0]
The contents of the backup have four files in them - "Database",
"Mailing Lists", "Rules", and "Signatures"
Now what is happening is that my Database is being stored as "Old
Database" in my regular Identity, NOT in the backup.
What's going wrong?
