Entourage 2004 - Delegation problem

I have set all delegate and folder permissions using Outlook 2003 but in
Entourage all I see is the other users Inbox listed. I do not see any
subfolders or Sent Items folder.

With one user this has always been the case. With another this has
happened since performing a database rebuild.

Has any one seeen this before - hoping to avoid reinstalling Office!

OSX is fully patched Tiger and Office is fully patched 2004.

Any pointers much appreciated.

Can confirm that re-installing office does not help :(

I have also confirmed that permissions are all correct by testing with
Outlook 2003.
