Entourage 2004 Directory and Free/Busy server

I'm trying to get Entourage 2004 to communicate with our Exchange 2003
server. During the initial setup it finds the server just fine but
then comes back with a message saying it can't find the directory or
free/busy server. Has anyone had this problem before?

You mean that it found the Exchange Server, right?
but

Click the "Next" button when Entourage tells you that it couldn't detect the
servers. That will allow you to enter all of the necessary server
information manually. You should be able to get that information from your
system administrator. There are some cases in which the automatic
detection won't work properly, one being if there is a front-end server in
use.

Alternatively, you can click the "Configure account manually" button to
begin with, which is the full interface for editing Exchange account
information. It should still work if it is properly configured manually.

If the Public Folders (Free/Busy) Server still doesn't behave properly, try
adding /public/ after the server name.
