I recently upgraded some users to Entourage 2004. They then ran into
the problem of Entourage not syncing all the time with Exchange,
sometimes it takes hours for them to get mail. Strange thing is that
it is sporatic. It seems to work ok in the morning, but virtually
shuts down in the afternoon, yet there are no error messages or any
way to tell if there is a problem. Plus when it does sync, it is
incredibly slow. I've had to revert them all to EntourageX which seems
to sync perfectly with Exchange.
Could somebody tell me what changes were made to 2004 and to tell MS
to please change them back.
