Entourage 2004/EIMS IMAP folder bug

In Entourage X, you could drag-and-drop messages from the main display
pane to an account folder containing message boxes in the left-hand
account listing pane. The mouse pointer gains a "+" character, then
the disclosure triangle of the folder springs open (much like the
Finder does), displaying the contents of the folder and letting you
drop the messages into whichever mailbox you wished. The folder would
close again once you completed the drop.

This still works in Entourage 2004 for Entourage’s own folders, and
for a secondary IMAP account on an HP OpenMail server. However, it is
broken on my main IMAP account on an EIMS server (EIMS is a Mac-OS
mail server; www.eudora.co.nz). If I hover the mouse pointer over any
closed EIMS folder during a drag-and-drop message move without it
springing open or the "+" mouse pointer appearing. I either have to
abort the drag and manually open the folder triangle, or use the
"Move To" on the contextual menu to move them into the appropriate
target.

This is just a guess, but I think the problem might be that while the
OpenMail server lets you put both messages and mailboxes into a
folder, EIMS does not; its folders have the IMAP "\Noselect"
attribute and cannot contain individual messages, just mailboxes.
Entourage 2004 probably sees the "\Noselect" and says "this
enclosing folder itself isn’t a valid target for this message
drag-and-drop operation", and doesn’t get past this to realize that
there are valid drop targets within and spring it open.

Does anyone have a reliable way of passing bug reports into the
Entourage team? If I’m right, it is probably a fairly simple fix, and
it would be nice to have this fixed whenever the next service pack
gets released.
